Doing more things faster is no substitute for doing the right things.
If we keep doing what we're doing, we're going to keep getting what we're getting.
I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a transformer in any situation, any organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader.
You can buy a person's hands but you can't buy his heart. His heart is where his enthusiasm, his loyalty is.
How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most
The key is in not spending time, but in investing it.

Every human has four endowments - self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination. These give us the power to discern, to choose, to respond, to change.
While we are free to choose our actions, we are not free to choose the consequences of our actions.
